Green Plains Reduces Emissions by 26%
Green Plains Inc. announced a 26% reduction in operational greenhouse gas emissions from a 2018 baseline.
The biorefining company also received validation of near-term 2030 targets from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Details were provided in its 2022 Sustainability Report, outlining progress achieved toward Green Plains’ commitment to carbon neutrality in operational emissions by 2050.
