Beazer Homes Completes Initial GHG Inventory

Beazer Homes announced the completion of the company’s first GHG inventory, showing significant GHG reductions over the most recent three years.

The home builder also achieved 100% Indoor airPLUS qualification for all homes, alongside recognition as the EPA 2023 Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year.

As announced in its Sustainability Report for the fiscal year 2023, the company received recognition as EPA ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence for an 8th consecutive year.

Every Beazer home is certified ENERGY STAR® by the US Environmental Protection Agency, and the company is making significant progress in its commitment to build and certify every home as Zero Energy Ready under the Department of Energy’s program by 2025.

The company announced reaching over 260,000 metric tons of cumulative CO2 e emissions savings since 2019.
