Starbucks teams up for local power in Texas
Starbucks Coffee Company, Cypress Creek Renewables, and U.S. Bank are teaming up on a portfolio of solar farms across Texas. As a part of the deal, two solar farms developed, built and now operated by Cypress Creek are providing enough energy for the equivalent of 360 Starbucks stores in Texas.

Google, Facebook, General Motors and Walmart are among a group of more than 300 companies who joined to launch the Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance (REBA), the largest group of corporate renewable energy buyers in the U.S. The group announced a target to add more than 60 gigawatts of new corporate renewables online by 2025.
